The Corporate Verification Checklist: Securing Affordable Digital Subscriptions Ethically

Published by DhakaLad, a corporate networking community and premium digital subscription provider in Bangladesh. Use this checklist before purchasing from us or another provider.

Affordable digital subscriptions are easier to compare when the offer is specific. A headline price means little without the account arrangement, paid period and support commitment. Record the answers below before ordering.

1. Identify the product and seller

Record the plan, not just the logo

Write down the software brand, plan, duration and included access. LinkedIn Career and Business are different offers; personal and shared AI access are different arrangements. DhakaLad sells its listed packages and supplies its own services. The software companies remain the owners of their brands.

2. Confirm account control

Check access, privacy and recovery

  • Will activation take place on your existing account?
  • Is access personal, assigned or shared?
  • How many users and devices are permitted?
  • Who controls recovery and settings?
  • Does the arrangement comply with the software provider’s applicable terms?

For workplace use, obtain organisational approval before uploading confidential documents, client information or private conversations. A personal plan is not automatically a business-managed licence.

3. Understand activation

Confirm eligibility before paying

Ask whether the process uses a voucher, redeem link, invitation or another method. Confirm regional and existing-subscription restrictions. Ask why any account information is needed; never disclose recovery codes in response to an unsolicited request. After activation, verify the plan and paid period against your order.

4. Compare the complete price

Record the total BDT amount, term, start date and whether renewal is included or separate. Consult the current product page instead of an old social post. For services, also record deliverables: DhakaLad’s LinkedIn profile optimisation service does not include LinkedIn Premium.

5. Read package-specific warranty and refund terms

Separate the situations

  • Non-delivery: what happens if the package cannot be supplied?
  • Interrupted access: what restoration or support process applies?
  • Refund eligibility: when is a refund available and how is unused time calculated?
  • Support: which channel and stated timeframe apply?

Read the DhakaLad refund policy, selected product terms and written confirmation together. Resolve inconsistencies before payment; do not assume every product has identical terms.

6. Examine attributable recommendations

Open Sharmin Hossain Sara’s LinkedIn post and inspect its actual context rather than reducing it to an anonymous rating. Check the product, timeframe and any disclosed relationship.

Multi-year use and renewals are useful context when explicitly reported by the author. They do not prove employer endorsement, risk-free access or that every other provider lacks comparable evidence. DhakaLad provides public source links so readers can make their own assessment.

7. Keep a useful support record

Save the order reference, product description, agreed terms and receipt. Report problems through the established support channel, removing passwords and unrelated private details from screenshots.

A message to send before ordering

Please confirm the exact plan, duration, total BDT price, personal or shared access, device limit, activation requirements, delivery estimate, and applicable support, warranty and refund terms.

Compare terms and evidence together
